POSITION SUMMARY

Design, code and implement highly interactive website landing pages for advertising campaigns, lead generation forms, microsites, user experience functionality, and email automation templates for transactional emails. Strong command of software programming for desktop and mobile, a solid understanding of component-based development, modern front-end frameworks, responsive design, web accessibility, and an understanding of back-end development. This is an important role within digital marketing to enhance Byram's online and mobile customer experiences to attract, convert and retain customers.

Please note this is a hybrid work environment in our White Plains NY office. The expected salary range for this position is $60,000 - $90,000 per year and will be based on years of experience.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Design, code, and implement new user experience functionality for websites, mobile apps, and other digital and social media properties.
  • Develop responsive cross-browser website components, landing pages for paid search, display ads, on-site manufacturer media ads, microsites, lead generation and order intake forms.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to translate business requirements into innovative website and online user experiences.
  • Provide programming support for automated transactional email templates, email marketing campaigns and automation of web metrics reporting for marketing programs, including technical search engine optimization revisions.
  • Manage testing and integration of 3rd party JavaScript code for user experience tools - online surveys, call tracking, multivariate testing, customer & product reviews, customer data platform, and web accessibility.
  • Wireframe and mockup new landing pages, website sections, CMS components and other user experience design changes.
  • Implement new banners, videos, content pages, blog articles, and other digital assets for the websites.
  • Support user acceptance testing for functionality changes within Test and Production environments.
  • Integrate AI and machine learning algorithms to enhance user personalization, improve website functionality, and automate routine tasks.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, computer science or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in modern front-end design, development, and deployment for mobile and desktop.
  • Experience transforming business requirements into wireframes/design comps, reusable and accessible components, and engaging and professional website and mobile user experiences that attract, convert and retain customers.
  • Proven design and coding experience in front-end web development for B2B, B2C, e-commerce or lead generation.
  • Advanced experience in HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
  • Strong programming skills with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, Alertify, JQuery and Backbone.js.
  • Experience with modern JavaScript libraries and tools, such as Redux, Next.js, and TypeScript.
  • Knowledge of AI frameworks and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI APIs to integrate intelligent features.
  • Experience consuming RESTful web services via AJAX; experience with JSON.
  • Understanding of UX and UI design with an emphasis on maximizing usability.
  • Working understanding of responsive design and other modern web techniques.
  • In-depth experience with Chrome Developer Tools (or similar) for debugging front-end web applications.
  • Good understanding of SEO principles.
  • Experience managing, maintaining, and extending a CMS.
  • Experience with desktop design programs - Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git or SVN.
  • Comfortable designing and coding within content management systems such as Sitecore, Drupal and Adobe Experience Manager
  • Ability to domestically travel up to 10%
  • Ability to work various shifts.
  • May work extended hours on occasion.
