NOC Analyst

Description:

• Deploying and inspecting IT network systems and Overseeing the safe installation of hardware and cabling systems.
• Performing regular checks on network hardware and software, Troubleshooting and identifying the location of network outages by using network monitoring software such as SolarWinds to ensure speedy network recovery.
• Responding to network alerts and hardware malfunctions, Diagnosing and troubleshooting network errors, and Initiating corrective actions based on the severity of service interruption while adhering to company up-time SLAs.
• Tracking and documenting network issues, compiling incident reports, and documenting, updating, and resolving incident tickets through ServiceNow.
• Responding to user requests, providing network training, and Managing system backups and network security protocols.
• Provide input and feedback for the use and optimization of NOC network management applications/tools as well as NOC processes and procedures.

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field.
• Should have at least 5 years of experience working in a NOC environment.
• Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructures.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
