Title: .Net Application Support Engineer (Senior Consultant - System Management)

Location: Irving, Tx (Hybrid)

Job Description

This position is responsible for global operations and support of Messaging and Collaboration automation solutions, including UAT testing and production deployment.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of strong Application production operations, support and configuration experience in the Microsoft Windows server environment.
• 5+ years of experience in supporting enterprise application automation services, in-house application integration testing, web application configuration and production deployment in the Microsoft .NET server environment.
• Experience or knowledge in MS Exchange, Azure, O365, Active Directory, Outlook, Exchange Online and Teams is a big plus.
• Experience with MS SQL Server databases, security certificates, SFTP/Tectia, MS IIS configuration.
• Experience with Microsoft Powershell scripting.
• Experience in writing MS SQL queries is a big plus.
• Good understanding of production monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Good analytical skills to understand, prioritize, troubleshoot, and articulate issues.
• Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate globally across work streams. Well organized and an excellent team player.

Education:

Bachelors (BS) degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent degree or experience.
