Job Details

Responsibilities
- Design and develop eLearning, video, and instructor-led training programs tailored to diverse audiences.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
- Conduct thorough audience analysis to effectively tailor training content.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and meet training needs and objectives.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation and improve efficiency.
- Identify and address challenges during the course development process.
Skills
- Proven experience in instructional design and course development.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using Articulate Rise and Storyline 360.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing situations.
- In-depth knowledge of learning and development trends and techniques.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with data-driven evaluation methods like Kirkpatrick's 4 levels of evaluation.
- Background in Knowledge Management.
- Ability to provide innovative solutions in ambiguous situations.
