Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Preferred Skills: Salesforce Experience: Experience with Salesforce data extraction and integration is a plus. Certifications: Relevant certifications in PeopleSoft, Informatica, or data warehousing technologies. Day-to-day Responsibilities: Support Production Jobs: Assist in supporting the nightly ETL jobs already in production to ensure seamless data integration and availability. Dimensional Data Modeling: Design, create, and review dimensional data models to support data warehousing and reporting needs. Complex SQL Queries: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract data from Campus Solutions and potentially Salesforce, ensuring efficient data retrieval.
ETL Consulting: Act as an ETL consultant for other areas or teams, providing guidance and expertise on ETL processes and best practices. Helpdesk Resolution: Resolve Helpdesk tickets in a timely manner, addressing issues related to ETL processes and data integration. Expected Deliverables: Change Request Support development for the data warehouse and data warehouse ETL management Education: Bachelor's Degree
