A bit about us:

We are a large electrical engineering and infrastructure firm specializing in utility scale power delivery projects across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. With over 30 years of experience delivering substations, transmission infrastructure, and grid modernization projects for investor owned utilities, municipalities, and large commercial developers, we've built a reputation for solving complex problems in dense, constrained environments. Our substation building team works on some of the most technically challenging projects in the region, integrating high-voltage infrastructure into the fabric of growing suburban communities where space is at a premium and standards are high. We're a company where experienced engineers have real ownership over their work, not just a seat in a production line.

Why join us?
  • We're committed to offering compensation and benefits that reflect the expertise we're asking you to bring.
  • Performance bonuses tied to individual and company results
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Retirement savings with company contributions to help you build long-term financial security
  • Tuition assistance and support for continuing education and professional certifications, including PE licensure
  • Apprenticeship and mentorship programs for those looking to grow within the organization
  • Employee discount programs and other perks
