THE WORK:
    • You'll provide technical and coordination support to the QA/QC department.
    • You'll collaborate with PMO staff, College Project Teams (CPT), and college personnel.
    • You'll participate in and occasionally lead QA/QC meetings.
    • You'll conduct field checks and site walks to verify compliance with KPIs and other metrics.
    • You'll support CPTs and PMO in matters related to SOPs, KPIs, and assessments.
    • You'll prepare written materials such as reports, guidelines, and correspondence.
    • You'll develop monthly status reports for assigned construction projects.
    • You'll review construction change orders, field orders, and professional services contracts.
    • You'll manage data collection for status reporting and coordinate documentation reviews with CPT/PMO.
    • You'll assess project risks and collaborate with CPTs to produce accurate status reports.
    • You'll facilitate resolutions to QA/QC-related issues and ensure timely responses to RFIs.
    • You'll maintain project files, generate meeting minutes, and support KPI development and monitoring.
    • You'll support audits, process improvement efforts, trending reports, SOP gap analysis, and QA/QC metric compliance.
    • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
    • 5-8 years minimum recent professional experience in a similar or equivalent position involved in project or construction.
    • BS/BA Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related degree. Additional qualifying experience in excess to the minimum stated above may be substituted for the required education on a year for year basis.
    • Able to travel to LACCD campuses
    • Must be proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
    • Experience on Educational programs/projects.
    • Experience on large public works programs.
    • Experience with Trimble Unity Construct.
    • Experience with audits.

$102,109 - $112,320 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Ohio or Washington as set forth below.
