Job Description

Locations: Fully Remote
Duration: 12 months+
Job Duties / Responsibilities:

Develop and write necessary Cisco CVP IVR applications in accordance with client requirements.
Integrate IVR flows with Nuance\Google speech recognition
Develop and write necessary code to integrate Cisco UCCE with other API’s, CTI screen pop, Finesse gadgets, IVR database dips.
Firm understanding of CUCM call routing, device pools, codec configurations, dial-peers, and partition management required.
Design, implement, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications Systems, including Call Manager / Unified Communications Manager and Contact Center Enterprise.
Experience with Cisco Voice platforms, Call Manager, Unity, VoIP gateway, SIP, ISDN PRI and dialing plans.
Operational support of CUCM, CUC, CUE, and UCCX infrastructure and build call center queues.   
Provides troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance of multi-campus complex networks,including assistance to vendor technical resources.
Operational experience implementing enterprise voice equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, and VoIP products including Cisco voice gateways, Cisco Unified Communications
Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity, Connection (CUC), Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (CUCCX).
Experience with monitoring, capacity planning, performance reporting, optimization and troubleshooting of enterprise deployment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and solve complex challenges.
Resourceful and can identify issue to resolution and keep project moving forward.
Experience in voice/data service carrier to identify and resolve voice related signaling.
Strong familiarity with CVP scripting and an experienced development background
