Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Desktop Support Technician to provide technical support for end-user hardware, software, and peripheral devices. This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to resolving technical issues in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues on desktops, laptops, and related equipment.
  • Perform operating system and software upgrades on Windows-based devices.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with peripheral devices including printers, touchscreens, and keyboards, including installing and configuring print drivers.
  • Respond to and resolve service desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of issues, solutions, and system configurations.
  • Collaborate with other IT staff to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Assist with hardware deployments, upgrades, and refresh projects as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and technical support to end users.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in desktop or technical support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Experience supporting and configuring peripheral devices such as printers and input devices.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Conshohocken, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
