Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the implementation and management of our HR Information Systems (HRIS) projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication and presentation skills, and experience with HRIS applications, particularly SuccessFactors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage HRIS projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to gather requirements and define project objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Lead and facilitate project team meetings, providing weekly status updates.
Ensure accountability among project team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
Facilitate and manage customer User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Manage project documentation including a project schedule, RAID log, enhancements log, status updates, and customer presentations.
Conduct post-project lessons learned sessions to evaluate the success and shortcomings of project elements.
