Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Frisco, Texas (Onsite 5 days a week, Local to Dallas, TX)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in the banking domain to join our team at Frisco, TX. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in driving Agile practices, facilitating collaboration, and delivering value in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a servant-leader and coach for multiple Agile teams.

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure well-defined user stories and product backlogs.

  • Track and report on team velocity, capacity, and performance metrics.

  • Drive continuous improvement, removing impediments and ensuring delivery commitments.

  • Ensure Agile principles are understood, respected, and embedded across teams.

  • Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Communicate effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 6+ years as a Scrum Master.

  • Strong banking/financial services domain knowledge is mandatory.

  • Expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Rally, or equivalent).

  • Proven experience in writing/refining user stories and managing sprint execution.

  • Solid understanding of Agile metrics, reporting, and team coaching.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and facilitation skills.

  • Local to Dallas/Frisco, TX must be available onsite 5 days a week.
