Title: MuleSoft Production Support Engineer

Location: Atlanta, GA / Charlotte, NC

Onsite / Remote: Onsite Only

Job Description

We are seeking a MuleSoft Production Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 support for MuleSoft integrations, APIs, and connected systems in a fast-paced enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting, monitoring, and analytical skills with hands-on experience in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and production support operations.

  • Provide L2/L3 production support for MuleSoft integrations, APIs, and connected systems.

  • Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and ensure high system availability.

  • Analyze and triage production issues related to Mule flows, connectors, and data transformations.

  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive/corrective actions.

  • Coordinate with development, Salesforce, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.

  • Support deployment and release activities across lower and production environments.

  • Participate in on-call and weekend rotations as part of production operations.

  • Maintain detailed documentation for support procedures, incident resolutions, and configuration changes.

  • Work closely with business and IT teams to ensure seamless data flow across systems.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Platform, API Manager, API Exchange, and Monitoring tools.

  • Solid understanding of API-led connectivity, RAML, Mule flows, REST/SOAP services, and integration protocols.

  • Proven experience in production support and troubleshooting for real-time integration issues.

  • Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Anypoint Monitoring, CloudHub, Splunk, or Dynatrace.

  • Strong problem-solving, triaging, and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based deployments for MuleSoft.

  • Experience with incident, problem, and change management (ITIL framework preferred).

  • Exposure to cloud platforms and API Gateway management.

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce integration and web services.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including second shifts and on-call/weekend schedules.
