    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Kforce is working with a well-known institutional investment management firm in NYC that is in search of an Analytics Manager - Fund Accounting. In this role, the Analytics Manager will be leading Data Analytics efforts for the Fund Accounting department.

    The Fund Analytics Manager is a new role that will lead performance data analytics efforts sitting within the Fund Accounting department and be responsible for the following:
    * Work as a member of the Fund Accounting team as data modeling, visualization, data analytics specialist
    * Help produce automated daily, monthly, annual, and ad hoc fund and business performance reporting for consumption by firm and business leadership
    * Automate and existing models to meet the firm's reporting needs
    * Develop user-friendly tools to assist in streamlining the Fund Accounting process
    * Develop and implement innovative reporting tools and enhance reporting transparency utilizing data analysis and business intelligence tools
    * Partner with a technology team to help strategize, produce, and implement solutions
    * Liaise with fund administrator for accounting and reporting matters

    REQUIREMENTS:
    * 10+ years of experience in data analytics
    * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including VBA
    * Advanced knowledge SQL and Python
    * Experience working with large datasets is required
    * Experience working with data visualization software is required (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
    * Knowledge of fund administration and accounting is preferred
    * Experience working with software developers or technology groups is preferred

    The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
