Job Details
Title: Business Analyst- Private Equity Domain
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Private Equity operations, reporting, and systems.
- Collaborate with investment, finance, and technology teams to define business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Support the design and implementation of Private Equity management systems or tools (e.g., fund accounting, deal tracking, investor reporting).
- Perform data analysis, create process flow diagrams, and prepare BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
- Participate in UAT, validate deliverables, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide ongoing support for system enhancements and process optimization.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Financial Services industry.
- Private Equity / Investment Management domain expertise is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of fund structures, capital calls, NAV, and investor reporting.
- Experience with tools such as eFront, Investran, or similar Private Equity platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
