Workday Application Support Analyst - Chesterfield, VA #560603

Planet Technology's client in Pharmaceuticals is looking for a Sr. Workday Application Support Analyst to provide functional support in all areas of the Workday HCM System. This Sr. Workday Application Support Analyst will be the face of IT and responsible for developing HR relationships and understanding HR challenges.

This is a full-time, salaried position in Chesterfield, VA. Work will be done 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of functional Workday HCM system experience
• Ability to gather requirements from HR business partners and translate technical requirements
• Strong skills in application support and administration- management and oversight of incidents and requests
• Skilled in oversight of day to day service delivery
• Ability to liaise across various groups and departments
• Knowledge of stakeholder management/partnership- ability to support and work with HR partners
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
