RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking a Campaign Operations Manager to lead and manage critical marketing processes and tools. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring expertise in Marketo and strong project management skills. The Campaign Operations Manager will act as a player/coach, balancing execution with leadership responsibilities, and ensuring operational excellence across marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and manage Marketo operations, including campaign setup and optimization
* Oversee project management for marketing processes using Monday.com, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
* Perform quality assurance (QA) on marketing emails to maintain accuracy and compliance
* Drive process adherence-hold teams accountable for completing required steps and documentation
* Manage inbound requests and serve as a service function for cross-functional teams
* Build strong relationships and confidently push back when necessary to maintain process integrity
* Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
* 6+ years of experience in marketing operations or related roles
* Expert-level proficiency in Marketo (required)
* Strong experience with Monday.com for planning and project management
* Proven ability to perform QA on emails and maintain high standards
* Process-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills
* Ability to manage relationships and influence stakeholders effectively
* Cross-functional teamwork experience-comfortable working with multiple teams
* Familiarity with Salesforce is nice to have
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
