Job Details
Job Title: ServiceNow Source to Pay Analyst
Location: Remote/WFH
Duration: 6 months+ contract
Note:
ServiceNow Source to Pay Architect to lend subject matter expertise in designing and implementing Source to Pay solutions.
This role will work closely with stakeholders and the teams to translate business requirements into actionable user stories and oversee delivery through GDS teams.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and the teams to architect Source to Pay solutions in ServiceNow
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and functional specifications
- Guide GDS teams through implementation phases, ensuring alignment with design and timelines
- Provide hands-on configuration and advisory support across Source to Pay modules
- Ensure solution scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow Source to Pay modules (e.g., Procurement, Vendor Management)
- Proven ability to lead client-facing workshops and translate requirements into technical deliverables
- Experience working with offshore delivery teams (GDS or similar)
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and integration capabilities
- Willingness to travel and work onsite during onboarding and key project phases
