JOB DESCRIPTION: IT Senior Project Manager

• Ensures solutions are transitioned appropriately to the support team through company-defined processes.
• Performs all other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are

considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of project/program management experience specifically with SAP implementations, with at least 2 full cycle S/4HANA green field implementation experience
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, familiar with Chinese culture
• Located in Beijing, China or ability to work across multiple time zones to successfully support the project needs
• Bachelors degree from accredited university
• Demonstrated global complex project management experience in a highly matrixed organization crossing different time zones and supporting off- hours as needed
• Previous experience partnering with implementation partners/consulting firms
• Fluent in both waterfall and agile project management methodologies Preferred

Qualifications:

• Finance project management experience
• PMP and/or CSM

• Ability to effectively navigate a highly matrixed organization
• Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
• Ability to communicate at all levels and to multi-national audiences with clarity and precision, both written and verbally
