Job Details
Job Title: Senior Consultant Guidewire PolicyCenter Lead Developer Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite, 5 days/week)
Rate: Up to $60/hr C2C (Vendor Max)
Visa: No H1B. Additional Requirement: Valid visa with 10+ months remaining validity.
Must Have
- Guidewire ACE Certification
- Ability to work onsite 5 days/week in San Antonio, TX
- Experience leading Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations
Job Summary
HCLTech is seeking a Senior Consultant with strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter and hands-on experience with ClaimCenter. The consultant will lead configuration, implementation, and optimization efforts, working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality Guidewire solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements for PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter.
- Configure and customize Guidewire modules based on business needs.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support throughout implementation.
- Conduct system testing, QA, and validation for reliable deployments.
- Train end-users on Guidewire workflows and best practices.
- Deliver post-implementation support, enhancements, and maintenance.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of Guidewire solutions in alignment with project timelines.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency with Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter
- Solid understanding of insurance domain workflows
- Experience configuring product models, rules, UI, and integrations
- Ability to diagnose and resolve Guidewire technical issues
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Project coordination skills for on-time delivery
