Quality Engineer
Location: Waterloo, IA
Duration: 12 Months with possible extension
Join our manufacturing team as a Quality Engineer and play a key role in ensuring top-quality products and efficient processes. This is a hands-on position-expect to spend about 80% of your time on the shop floor collaborating with production teams.

Quality Engineer
Location: Waterloo, IA

What You'll Do:
- Perform inspections, audits, and quality assurance checks.
- Resolve production quality issues and implement process improvements.
- Document findings and corrective actions.
- Support precision assembly tasks as needed.
- Expect 2-3 hours of weekly overtime.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Technology.
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
- Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles.
Preferred:
- Precision assembly experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
