Job Description

Voice Admin - Experienced Voice Admin having strong hands on experience on telecommunication equipment including Avaya, Microsoft and Cisco, and also should be well versed with VoIP, SIP, QoS etc.

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of the configuration and optimization of telecommunications equipment including Avaya, Microsoft and Cisco.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of the configuration and optimization of telecommunications protocols including VoIP, SIP, QoS and ancillary applications.
  • Working knowledge of current telecommunications practices and principles, including cabling and wiring systems design and installation.
  • High level understanding of call center integrations, IVR, and call flow.
  • Ability to operate tools, components, peripherals, and testing accessories.
  • Ability to research, prepare and present capacity forecasting, and system upgrade recommendations.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
  • Participates in rotating on-call scheduled for after 24-hour support.
