Job Title: IT Staffing Sales and Account Manager

Location: Remote (with travel required)

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and experienced IT Staffing Sales and Account Manager to join our team. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for driving new business sales while managing and nurturing existing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT staffing, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 40% throughout the USA to attend conferences, meet clients, and foster partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT staffing sector to achieve sales targets.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Networking: Attend industry conferences and events to network, promote our services, and generate leads.
  • Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential and existing clients, showcasing our staffing solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including recruitment and operations, to ensure successful candidate placements and client satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to refine strategies and service offerings.
  • Reporting: Track and analyze sales metrics, client interactions, and market trends to inform business decisions and strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT staffing sales and account management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and account management targets.
  • Strong understanding of the IT staffing industry and current market trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% for client meetings and conferences.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
