So, what s the role all about?

The Partner Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company s global partner strategy. The position reports to the CEO and is a direct manager to regional Partner Sales directors that reports to him/her. Key measurements of success will be indirect sales bookings, new logo acquisition, partner generated leads, new partners recruitment per company strategy, certification, and quality.

How will you make an impact?

The role will oversee the end-to-end partnership including all types of partners (resellers, SI, consulting ) relationships, building the Client offering to partners, marketing/GTM approach and general thought leadership. There are three key components of this role:

  • Business Partner Program
    • Develop and manage the Business Partner ProgramGlobally.
    • Work across functional teams such as, marketing, product, professional services, and sales, to identify, recruit and enable partners to support the go to market plan.
    • Provide operational support, partner marketing and lead management through business partners.
  • Reseller & Implementation Partners
    • Align with theregional sales and indirect sales of Client solutions through local reseller partners in thevarious regions
    • Strategize, plan and execute joint marketing campaigns withglobal andlocal reseller partners.
    • Identify and structure proposals for recruiting solution resellers
  • Strategic Alliances
    • Alliance management of a select number of strategic Global partners.
    • Build innovative new partnering models.

Have you got what it takes?

  • 5-6 years of Partner Sales experience from companies.
  • Experience working in a complex, matrix, and global environment
  • Experience managing Partner Sales in similar organizations will be an added advantage
  • Experience working with senior leaders, establishing credibility, and building trust
  • Demonstrated success recruiting, developing, and selling technology solutions through partners/SI alliances for at least five yearson a global level.
  • Demonstrated success in managing partners program of a technology company
  • Demonstrated success with formulating and executing Go To Market strategies inglobal and local regions
  • Direct/field sales experiences in financial solutions
  • Experiences in working with people across diverse geographies/cultures.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and be focused on the business objectives.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills are required.
  • Must be willing to travel.
