Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a marketing or Agile environment
Strong experience writing user stories, defining scope, and translating business needs into technical deliverables
Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage input from multiple teams and clarify requirements quickly
Nice to Have
Experience supporting creative or digital marketing teams
Certification in Business Analysis or Agile project management
Experience leading or improving ticket intake workflows
