Program Manager - Cross-Functional

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Lehi, UT that is looking for a Cross-Functional Project/Program Manager.

Summary:
The Cross-functional Program Manager works within the technology and revenue organization to collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineers. The focus is on developing new strategic capabilities based on core sales architecture to support revenue synergies.

REQUIREMENTS:

Preferred Skills, Experience & Education:

Certifications such as CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, CSM.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite.

* 5+ years of technical program management experience
* Ability to influence senior leaders on product vision and priorities
* Effective communication with business partners and remote teams
* Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
* Skill in documenting requirements and writing functional specs/user stories
* Ability to manage issue resolution and risk mitigation
* Experience with project, program, and portfolio management
* Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills
* Problem-solving and solution-driven mindset
* Ability to defuse tension and prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
