Job Title: Technical Program/Product Manager III
Location: Seattle, WA or Nashville, TN (Hybrid - 3-4 days in office)
Contract Duration: 6 months (extension possible; potential conversion to FTE)
Hours: 40 hrs/week
Client: Fortune 10 Company
Pay: $55-$65/hr on W2 (DOE)

Job Description:
Manages, develops, and implements capacity planning and forecasting tools that enable fleet service teams to optimize operations. May require a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in the field. Familiar with capacity planning and/or fleet concepts, practices, and procedures. Has strong ability to source and deep dive data, translating large data sets into simplified views for stakeholders. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others, influencing without authority. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

The TPM will anticipate and make tradeoffs that balance the business needs versus technical constraints, working backwards from the customer needs throughout.

- An undergraduate or graduate degree plus 3-5 years industry experience.
- Knowledge in fleet services or capacity planning a plus
- Good track record of working effectively with across different groups in the organization
- A record of successful delivery of data driven analysis, or planning and forecasting from conception
- An entrepreneurial spirit with strong product and program management skills
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners to get things done
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Excels at finding and manipulating data


Must haves: bachelor's degree and 3- 5 years of experience in the field .
Familiar with capacity planning and/or fleet concepts, practices, and procedures . Understanding automotive technician service hour planning, vehicle and fleet needs, automotive or engineering expertise Class 4-6 vehicle size space- most Amazon vehicles.
Candidates could also be an expert in other automotive models like Tesla for example.
Systems: Microsoft Office, SQL, tools that demonstrate analyzing data and translating into presentable format.
Has strong ability to source and deep dive data, translating large data sets into simplified views for stakeholders.

Degree/certification: Bachelors

Leadership Principles: Dive deep, invent and simplify, ownership

Performance indicators: KPIs capacity coverage- how much of fleet needs covering, accuracy of forecast- if someone builds a model for a fleet, this includes maintenance
