Senior Salesforce Developer

Seeking a Sr Salesforce Developer with OmniStudio exp. to develop customized solutions within the SFDC platform.

Duration: contract position 6 months+/through 06-30-2026
Work location: 100% Remote USA (EST time-zone candidates preferred).

Job duties:
-Analyze project objectives, create customer workflows, & troubleshoot errors.
-Prior success as a Salesforce developer, you should have exp. working with SFDC CRM platforms (Classic, Lightning), application development skills, and able to solve complex software problems.
-Serve as a technical lead on projects regarding SFDC application development.
-Maintain the security & integrity of the SFDC platform.
-Research SFDC release notes & prepare environment for upcoming releases.
-Develop solutions within the SFDC platform. Create timelines & estimates for project work, troubleshoot & fix bugs.
-Test apps prior to UAT & ensure requirements are met.
-Meet with internal & external stakeholders to understand requirements.
-Produce project estimates & communicate regularly with PM to update progress.
-Determine tasks for projects without guidance from mgr or PM.
-Design & architect apps to meet business needs & work with business analysts to present solutions to stakeholders.
-Monitor system performance & development mitigation solutions to address performance inefficiencies.

-Exp. with Salesforce CRM platforms (Classic, Lightning & Public Sector)-required: 5yrs
-Exp. with Force.com developer toolkit-required: 5yrs
-Exp. developing Lightning Component Framework: required: 4yrs
-Exp. developing with object-oriented code-required: 5yrs
-Software engineering skills with Java-required: 4yrs
-Exp. with Salesforce OmniStudio-required
-Clear written & verbal communication skills: required: 5yrs
