Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Regulatory Change Analyst with a legal background and compliance experience. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Ethics & Compliance, you will play a critical role in identifying, monitoring, and managing regulatory changes that affect our clients. You will build and maintain relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and effective implementation of compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct horizon scanning and impact assessments on regulatory changes.
• Develop and distribute the Regulatory Change Newsletter.
• Translate regulatory updates into clear, actionable requirements.
• Create and maintain regulatory FAQs and collateral materials.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and communicate regulatory developments impacting clients, ensuring timely responses.
• Collaborate with legal teams, domain owners, and external counsel to evaluate regulatory changes and business implications.
• Communicate significant regulatory updates to business units for gap analysis, impact assessment, and implementation planning.
• Track and report regulatory changes to management teams and compliance committees.
• Work across compliance programs to ensure policies and procedures align with regulatory intent.
• Maintain and enhance the regulatory change process to support company growth in new sectors and geographies.
• Partner with compliance and operations teams to design workflows supporting regulatory change management.
• Provide input on integrating regulatory compliance risk metrics, monitoring, and escalation procedures within sub-functions.
• Support regulatory gap assessments and audit activities.
• Assist in the continuous development of the Compliance & Control Framework.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in legal, compliance, regulatory audit, or security roles.
• Solid grasp of cloud security, compliance, and relevant legal frameworks.
• Competency in identifying regulatory changes and implementing balanced compliance strategies.
• Familiarity with AI fundamentals as they relate to legal and compliance issues.
• Skilled in translating regulatory requirements into actionable controls to mitigate risk.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships across multiple leadership levels.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Background (Must-Haves)

• 3+ years of experience in legal, compliance, or regulatory audit roles.
• Strong ability to understand and translate regulatory compliance requirements into business controls.
• Effective communication skills with a proven relationship-building track record.
• Basic understanding of cloud, security, compliance, and legal frameworks to navigate regulatory changes effectively.
