SAIC's National Security Sector seeks a Cloud Engineer to fill a critical position on the LANDMARK AOS program. The position will be located in Chantilly, VA and requires an active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
The Cloud Engineer will assess and analyze software development and integration activities utilizing Cloud resources, as well as providing technical, and programmatic support to the customer. The work requires in-depth knowledge of Cloud resources, Software Development and Program Management skills.

Description

The Cloud Engineer will assess and analyze software development and integration activities utilizing Cloud resources, as well as providing technical, and programmatic support to the customer. The work requires in-depth knowledge of Cloud resources, Software Development and Program Management skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide technical assistance and oversight of application development and deployment
- Coordinate and oversee third party application integration
- Ability to assess ongoing work and deliver desired solutions
- Lead complex projects/issues that require in-depth cloud solution integration
- Work with delivery team to address architecture, integration and technical issues, and in some instances lead the technical implementation of the solution architecture
- Ability to work with development teams and advise on practical cloud implementations and develop findings and workoff plans
Qualifications
Required qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI with a Polygraph
- Bachelors and nine (9) years' or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years' or more experience ; PhD or JD and four (4) years' or more experience (4 years' of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a bachelors degree)
- 5+ years' experience in Cloud based application development
- Demonstrated experience in Cloud containerization concepts
- Demonstrated experience in Software Development
- Strong organizational, time-management, and verbal / written communication skills; able to convey information across multiple customer and corporate audiences
Desired Qualifications:
- Recent Commercial Cloud certifications
- Familiarity with IC Acquisition process
- Familiarity with IC and/or DoD space architectures, systems, and/or operations
- Capability to adapt to fluid situations and prioritize tasking in a dynamic environment
