Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- 1.Lead Generation & Outreach
- Research and identify new business opportunities and potential clients across the hospitality and sports industries.
- Execute outreach campaigns using HubSpot, including email marketing, automated workflows, and prospecting efforts to generate qualified leads.
- Maintain and update CRM data in HubSpot to track leads, client interactions, and progress through the sales funnel.
- 2.Account Intelligence
- Conduct in-depth research on targeted accounts to gather insights such as organizational structures, decision-makers, and industry trends.
- Monitor news, updates, and market shifts related to key accounts to identify opportunities.
- Leverage collected data to personalize outreach efforts and develop tailored account-specific strategies.
- 3.Client Relations
- Assist in nurturing relationships with new and existing clients by addressing inquiries, scheduling follow-ups, and providing timely updates.
- Collaborate with the Business Strategy Director to prepare impactful presentations, client materials, and follow up on sales proposals.
- Support in organizing client meetings, events, and follow-ups to build and maintain strong partnerships.
- 4.HubSpot Management & Analytics
- Manage and optimize HubSpot campaigns for targeted accounts, including lead nurturing workflows and automated sequences.
- Create dashboards and generate reports in HubSpot to measure campaign performance, lead generation, and client engagement.
- Monitor and maintain data accuracy and consistency within HubSpot to ensure alignment with sales and marketing goals.
- Compile data and create reports on outreach efforts, lead generation, and client engagement metrics.
- 5.Strategic Marketing Support
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on messaging, goals, and outreach strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends to enhance campaign effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
