    Job Title:Program Manager Tech4

    Location:- BEAR CREEK A, near Redmond, WA

    Pay Range: $55.00-$62.00

    To help us achieve amazing things, we are looking for a Program Manager who can facilitate effective communication with one another and cohesively tell the story of our quality engineering efforts to everyone we work with. You will work with a team of 15-20 Quality Engineers who direct work to staff across North America and Europe, and be responsible for coordinating status reporting, creating and co-presenting slides during team meetings, and ensuring our communications are well organized with everyone kept in the loop. You will foster collaboration and information flow between our engineers and our partner teams, distill into specific and actionable work, and drive that work forward in collaboration with all involved.

    Responsibilities

    As a Program Manager on our team we'd like you to be a leader who can exemplify our values and:
    • Be effective in planning that can be consumed by our engineering team with a Kanban approach and translated into clear plans of action
    • Work with our quality engineering leadership team to communicate updates and priorities to the team
    • Manage and track multiple dependencies within our team
    • Effectively represent us interests as you collaborate with our partners
    • Clearly communicate status in workstreams and to stakeholders
    • Learn and be curious about our customers, technology, and the games we work with

    Qualifications

    Required Experience and Skillset:
    • Professional program management, product management, or technical producer experience in a software engineering environment spanning multiple releases
    • Knowledge of Agile processes and methodologies to help coordinate work across a teamwide backlog
    • Ability to come up-to-speed quickly on a new domain
    • Demonstrated ability to improve communication and collaboration across diverse people and teams as a contributor or leader
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
