Job Title: Cybersecurity Training Program Manager

Location: DMV location (Remote)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Cybersecurity Training Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity training and awareness initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing large-scale cybersecurity training programs, preferably within government or federal agency environments. This role requires strong communication and project management skills, a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, and familiarity with federal mandates and frameworks such as NIST RMF, NICE, and AI RMF.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.

  • 10+ years of experience developing and leading cybersecurity training programs, preferably in government or federal agency environments.

  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, threats, and best practices.

  • Familiarity with federal cybersecurity mandates and frameworks, including NIST RMF, NICE, and AI RMF.

  • Experience overseeing program planning, instructional design, training tool support, reporting, and compliance.

Preferred Certifications

  • PMP Project Management Professional

  • CISSP Certified Information Systems Security Professional

  • CompTIA CTT+ Certified Technical Trainer

  • CPLP Certified Professional in Learning and Performance

  • CIDD Certified Instructional Designer/Developer

  • CTDP Certified Training and Development Professional
