Description:
Department, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Application Developer for an Information Technology Analyst III position.
This position plays a critical role in both modernizing our technology stack and ensuring the continued operation of essential legacy systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise-level applications using C#, ASP.NET Web API, and Angular, while also supporting and enhancing existing legacy applications built with WebForms, WinForms, and Classic ASP. Our long-term goal is to convert all legacy applications to modern architectures using Web API and Angular.
Key Responsibilities:
? Design, develop, and maintain web applications using C#, Web API, and Angular
? Support and maintain legacy systems developed in WebForms, WinForms, and Classic ASP
? Provide ongoing support for application issues, resolve bugs, and enhance system functionality
? Conduct code reviews for Information Technology Analyst (ITA) Level I and II developers
? Perform full stack development across front-end and back-end technologies
? Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
? Manage application deployments and coordinate release activities
? Create and maintain technical documentation for developed applications and system configurations
? Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and end-users to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions

Required Qualifications:
? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
? Minimum of 5 years of experience in application development
? Proficiency in C#, .NET, and Web API development
? Strong experience with Angular (v19+ preferred), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
? Strong SQL Server experience with T-SQL, table, views, stored procedures and relational databases
? Experience with RESTful services and API integration
? Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
? Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and version control systems
Requirements
Desired Qualifications
? Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
? Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure
? Experience maintaining legacy applications in WebForms, WinForms, and Classic ASP
? Demonstrated ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions

Position Type:
This is a contract-to-hire position. The selected candidate will begin as a contractor with the potential for transition to a permanent role based on performance, project needs, and organizational fit.

Candidates will be required to complete an in-person computerized skills assessment focused on C#, Web API, and Angular.
