Role: BI Lead Application Support Specialist

Location: Atlanta, GA Onsite 5 days

Job description:

Platform Support:

  1. Monitor and maintain platform performance across production and staging environments.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to platform functionality, integrations, and user access.
  3. Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications.
  4. Document incidents, resolutions, and platform changes in internal knowledge bases.
  5. Implement automation scripts and tools to improve platform reliability and reduce manual tasks.
  6. Participate in on-call rotations and respond to critical incidents outside business hours when needed.

Analytics enablement & end user support:

  1. Support business users on OAS, Power BI, Tableau, Tableau Prep, Alteryx, Data Warehouse
  2. Triage and resolve user tickets
  3. Analyse user tickets to identify patterns for resource optimization and optimization opportunities
  4. Enable continuous improvement through automation, reuse and self service
