- 5+ years of IT project management experience supporting application development and data integration initiatives.
- Experience in P&C insurance domain.
- Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Experience within commercial insurance or financial services environments preferred.
- Proven experience delivering projects using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
- Experience in large complex multi-vendor implementation.
- Project management experience supporting application development and data integration initiatives and AI solutions.
- Develop, maintain, and govern project documentation, including charters, schedules, end-to-end budgets, risk logs, and communication plans (PMLC experience end to end).
- Should have exposure of working in an environment of M&A.
- Experience within commercial insurance or financial services environments preferred.
