Relevant Experience (in Yrs.): 5+ years
 
Detailed Job Description:
Design, develop, and maintain IVR and Voice Portal applications using Java, VXML, and related frameworks.
Build and enhance call flows, dialogs, grammars, and speech-enabled interactions.
Integrate IVR applications with backend systems, APIs, and databases.
Utilize Google CCAI, Nuance Speech Recognizer, and other speech technologies to improve call accuracy.
Develop Restful Microservices using Spring Boot for IVR backend functionality.
Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications on WebLogic or similar application servers.
Perform SQL development, debugging, and optimization for IVR data operations.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and performance tuning initiatives.
Ensure best practices in reliability, scalability, and security for voice applications.
Required Skills
Strong programming experience with Java
Hands-on experience with VXML / IVR development
Experience with Voice Portal platforms and speech application design
