Summary

Requirements

5 or more years of experience in state-level healthcare administration systems and Medicaid platforms.
Proficiency in X12 Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) standards and Application Programming Interface (API) design.
Experience with systems integration, automated data exchange, and complex data transformation methodologies.
Experience in Agile Product Ownership including backlog prioritization and epic decomposition.
Experience with large-scale IT modernization projects and modular software architectures.
Experience in project management frameworks and leadership of diverse technical teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Define enterprise product capabilities and decompose requirements into incremental epics, features, and user stories.
Construct and prioritize technical product backlogs to align delivery with strategic organizational roadmaps.
Document comprehensive acceptance criteria to ensure software deliverables meet rigorous functional standards.
Lead agile ceremonies and collaborate with engineering teams on story refinement and technical sizing.
Orchestrate data exchange workflows and systems integration across multiple technical stakeholders.
Troubleshooting production support incidents and coordinate with development teams for technical resolutions.
Validate completed software stories and provide formal sign-off upon meeting specified acceptance criteria.
