Position: ERP Administrator

Location: Denver, CO (ESS Metron)
Compensation: $115,000 – $130,000 USD per year

<>Summary

The ERP Administrator is responsible for the day‑to‑day administration, support, and continuous improvement of the Epicor ERP environment. This role focuses on coordinating and supporting system updates, addressing business and system enhancement needs, and troubleshooting and resolving ERP‑related issues to ensure stable, efficient operations across the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the Epicor ERP system, ensuring availability, performance, and usability across departments.
  • Manage user accounts, security roles, permissions, and licensing in alignment with internal policies.
  • Monitor system health, background processes, job queues, and integrations; proactively address performance and stability concerns.
  • Maintain ERP configuration and master data governance (as applicable), ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Plan, coordinate, and support Epicor updates, patches, and version upgrades in partnership with IT and business stakeholders.
  • Configure and optimize Epicor modules, screens, workflows, BAQs, BPMs, and related tools.
  • Diagnose issues related to transactions, data, security, reporting, and integrations; coordinate fixes with internal teams and/or Epicor support partners.
  • Train and support end users; improve adoption through job aids and process coaching, promoting best practices for system usage, data quality, and security.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands‑on experience troubleshooting ERP issues, managing user security, and supporting releases/updates.
  • Experience with Epicor tools such as BAQs, Dashboards, BPMs, DMT, and reporting/forms customization (as applicable).

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies up to 20 pounds.

Work Environment

This position operates in a professional office environment adjoining an active manufacturing facility. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
