We are hiring for AI Agent Developer SDLC Automation & Gen-AI Integration and Santa Clara, CA

Summary

Looking for an AI/LLM-savvy developer to build intelligent agents that accelerate SDLC workflows from requirements gathering to CICD and testing using Generative AI.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Design and build Gen-AI-driven agents to automate SDLC tasks such as requirements extraction, documentation, and testing support.
  2. Translate meeting notes, tickets, and emails into structured requirements or user stories using LLM-based summarization and synthesis.
  3. Integrate agents with developer ecosystems (GitHub, Jira, Jenkins, Slack, Confluence).
  4. Automate CICD insights summarize build/test failures, recommend optimizations, and suggest deployment actions.
  5. Generate test cases and validation scripts automatically from requirements or code deltas.
  6. Support rapid prototyping: build quick proofs of concept, demo iterations frequently, and refine continuously based on feedback.
  7. Collaborate with DevOps and Product teams to identify high-friction workflows ripe for automation.
  8. Leverage modern Gen-AI stacks LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, or similar frameworks for RAG and agentic automation.
  9. Ensure responsible AI use by documenting prompts, evaluation metrics, and test coverage for each deployed agent.
  10. Champion an iterative, agile culture prioritize experimentation over perfection, and learn from rapid feedback cycles.

Top 5 Must-Have Technical Skills

  1. Generative AI & LLM Development: LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel experience.
  2. Python / Node.js Prototyping: hands-on scripting, debugging, and iteration skills.
  3. DevOps / SDLC Tools: GitHub, Jenkins, Docker, Jira familiarity.
  4. API Integration: REST, GraphQL, or Webhooks for connecting developer tools.
  5. Agile Iteration Mindset: thrives in fast, experimental environments.

Nice-to-Have
