Solution Architect (GenAI)

Edison, NJ, Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)

Interview Process: 2 rounds (1 Teams Video and 1 Onsite)



The objective is to provide architectural solutions and oversight for business intelligence and data analysis across the Professional Services portfolio.



Key Responsibilities:-

  • Design and oversee the implementation of high-level architectural solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals. - Lead business intelligence and data analysis initiatives.
  • Evaluate and recommend technology tools and platforms. - Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the project team.

skills:

  • Understanding of LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents
  • Basic prompt engineering
  • Familiarity with OpenAI API, LangChain, HuggingFace Transformers, Vector DBs (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone)
  • Use case validation for AI applications
  • Ability to conduct AI capability mapping
  • Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Clear communication of model constraints & behaviors
  • Awareness of data privacy, PII/PHI handling, and access control mechanisms"

Required Skills and Experience:-

- Proven experience as a Solution Architect in Professional Services environments.

- Expertise in Business Intelligence and Data Analysis. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Familiarity with either cloud-based analytics platforms or enterprise-scale data solutions. - Understanding of project delivery frameworks and methodologies.
