The Network Engineer will design, implement, and support the firm's global Cisco-based network, covering voice, collaboration, data, and wireless environments. This role involves network architecture, routing, security, documentation, and hands-on support across production, deployment, and DR/BC environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and support Cisco network solutions (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, voice).

Troubleshoot network issues, optimize performance, and ensure high availability.

Develop network standards, documentation, and capacity planning.

Work with vendors and internal teams on project delivery and incident resolution.

Maintain and perform routine/emergency maintenance and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
Qualifications:

5+ years supporting enterprise/global Cisco networks; legal industry a plus.

Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP), TCP/IP, QoS, SD-WAN.

Experience with Cisco ISE, Nexus switches, Azure networking, Palo Alto/Prisma Access preferred.

CCNA/CCNP required; CCIE a plus.

Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
