The Network Engineer will design, implement, and support the firm's global Cisco-based network, covering voice, collaboration, data, and wireless environments. This role involves network architecture, routing, security, documentation, and hands-on support across production, deployment, and DR/BC environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and support Cisco network solutions (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, voice).

  • Troubleshoot network issues, optimize performance, and ensure high availability.

  • Develop network standards, documentation, and capacity planning.

  • Work with vendors and internal teams on project delivery and incident resolution.

  • Maintain and perform routine/emergency maintenance and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years supporting enterprise/global Cisco networks; legal industry a plus.

  • Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP), TCP/IP, QoS, SD-WAN.

  • Experience with Cisco ISE, Nexus switches, Azure networking, Palo Alto/Prisma Access preferred.

  • CCNA/CCNP required; CCIE a plus.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
