Sr Dynamics Finance Consultant

The consultant will be part of a rapid Agile delivery team, helping to deploy Microsoft Dynamics based solutions to federal agencies,with a focus on configuration over customization. The Senior Consultant will work with the Scrum Master and other team members to deliver the solution, in concert with a program architect and other program leadership, to meet customer needs in the areas of Finance and Budgeting. Their responsbilities will include requirements gathering, user story creation, solution design, application configuration, testing, and training. The Senior Consultant will  define requirements, perform fit gap analysis, define and document business processes, and train client side subject matter experts on Microsoft’s cloud based ERP platformmap. The Senior Consulant will configure client’s business requirements into MS Dynamics 365 Finance. The Senior Consulant will leverage past experience and skills implementing Power Platform and CRM solutions to design optimal end to end solutions for the customer.

• Certification: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations
• At least 8 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform implementation projects
• At least 4 years of experience with Microsoft’s D365 Finance, F&O and / or previous versions of Dynamics AX
• At least 4 years of experience with Microsoft’s D365 Sales, CE, or CRM or Dataverse based Power Apps
• At least 4 years of experience on Agile software development teams (Scrum)
• Experience performing business analysis and testing tasks as part of IT implementation projects
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for executive discussions
• Must be a US Citizen

• Certification: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Developer
• Federal government consulting experience
• Active federal government public trust clearance
