Summary
We are seeking an AI Automation Engineer to join our team focused on designing and deploying enterprise AI and automation solutions across internal business operations.

Persons knowledgeable and having experience with:
Designing and building LLM-powered applications using platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, or similar tools
Developing and deploying solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Copilot Studio, and Azure services
Building AI-driven workflow automation solutions that streamline business processes and reduce manual effort
Creating and deploying AI assistants, copilots, or conversational interfaces used in real-world business environments
Developing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, including vector search, prompt orchestration, and AI-driven knowledge retrieval
Owning solutions end-to-end, from design and development through deployment and support in production environments
Other interests, knowledge, skills, and experience that are beneficial to this role include:
Hands-on experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems, including document management, CRM, and Microsoft 365 platforms (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)
Experience working with REST APIs and system integrations to connect AI solutions with existing business applications
Understanding of data flow, system architecture, and orchestration for large-scale automation solutions
Familiarity with AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices, particularly in environments handling sensitive or regulated data
Experience working in professional services, legal, financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries
Exposure to Dev/Test/Prod environment management, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (Azure DevOps, GitHub)
Ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions that are actively used by business stakeholders-not just prototypes.
This position requires the employee to possess the following traits:
Being a self-starter - able to take ownership of AI solutions from concept through production with minimal direction
Strong problem-solving ability - translating ambiguous business needs into practical, scalable technical solutions
Being collaborative and business-oriented - comfortable working directly with non-technical stakeholders to design usable solutions
Disciplined work ethic - delivering high-quality solutions within timelines in a fast-paced environment
Positive and professional approach - representing strong communication, accountability, and teamwork
