Title: VP of Engineering, Validation and Program Management Office

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead high performing team to provide fully stable, integrated and validated system which can be scaled as fast as possible
  • Manage Hyve PMO office, and ensure flawless execution
  • Candidate must be able to perform flawless execution across all stages of product lifecycle
    • Integration of HW/SW/SW/Si components to build E2E system recipe
    • System/ Rack/ Pod level validation to tune for stability and performance KPIs
    • System level Debug for customer scale to ensure any ramp issues are addressed in customer environment
  • Work closely with Hyve's customer team to ramp solutions at Customers' Data Center
  • Engage with architecture and Hardware design to execute and achieve best possible performance
  • Partner with data center design, construction, and operations teams to ensure engineered solutions scale reliably and sustainably
  • The successful candidate will have a keen understanding of the latest technology developments and industry leading architectures to be able to advance Hyve's designs with customers and grow the engineering team capabilities and technology pipeline
  • Mentor and grow a high-performing team of engineers, fostering innovation, technical excellence, and collaboration

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • A bachelor's and or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ yrs significant experience in engineering management, with a proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering high-quality products.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience with system architecture, SoC roadmaps across compute/AI/GPUs & DPUs and design, software development and engineering best practices.
  • Experience in managing end to end system engineering teams covering Firmware Development, Node/ Rack level Validation and System debug
  • Experience in distributed high-volume computing and a strong understanding of hyperscale environments and data center designs
  • Excellent leadership, mentorship, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the company's engineering vision and strategy to a variety of audiences.
  • A track record of staying up to date with the latest developments in technology and engineering and continuously learning and improving.
