Senior Project Manager - Information Technology

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead strategic IT initiatives in a fast-moving, complex environment. This role requires a seasoned Project Manager with a strong track record delivering large-scale technology projects from concept through deployment while aligning outcomes with organizational and executive priorities. You will oversee major enterprise rollouts including ERP, BI/Analytics, SaaS platforms, and custom applications supporting 2k+ users. The Senior Project Manager works closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure clarity, alignment, and successful execution.

Open to 100% remote for candidates in PST, MST and CST. Will need to work PST hours

Functions

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle management for complex IT development and deployment initiatives.
• Oversee enterprise-scale implementations across ERP, analytics, SaaS, and custom applications.
• Align technical teams, business units, and executive leadership to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage scope, resources, schedules, budgets, and risks across multiple concurrent projects.
• Track, optimize, and report on IT performance metrics while driving continuous service-delivery improvements.
• Serve as the communication bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Validate all deliverables for business requirements, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness.
• Support transformation initiatives that mature IT operations and enhance delivery capabilities.
• Perform adhoc as needed

Requirements

IT project management, Project Management, Technology transformation, PRINCE2, Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Power BI, Power BI, Enterprise SaaS

• 7+ years of project management with technology transformation experience and enterprise-level IT deployments.
• Experience with hybrid methodologies.
• Background in ERP, BI/Analytics, Enterprise SaaS, or custom application delivery at scale.
• Strong communication skills with proven success partnering with technical teams and C-suite leaders.
• Experience Oracle Fusition, SQL and Power BI.
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
