Job Description
Info-Matrix Corporation is currently seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team! The ideal candidate will have more than 2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics F&O, experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or CE, and Azure LogicApps.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Draft and document IT project requests and demands
- Facilitate meetings with business leaders to document as-is process flows
- Facilitate meetings with business leaders to elicit requirements or other pertinent information required to reengineer business processes
- Conducts reviews and comparisons of current business processes with the best practices to determine where business process or system changes are necessary
- Anticipates the direction of client business areas and recommends new processes or opportunities to business process owners and subject matter experts that will support their future state
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Coordinates with business owners and other analysts to define and refine the project scope
- Performs project management duties for the planning and requirement gathering phases of projects
- Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients
- Excellent oral and written communication skills targeted at a variety of technical and non-technical audiences
- Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
- Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking
- Complete projects consistent with client and PMO guidelines
Desired Skillset
- 5+ years of expertise within the Business Analyst environment on projects of various size and subject matter
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics F&O
Beneficial Skills
- Experience in business process analysis
- Experience in IT technical writing
- ServiceNow Experience in Idea, Project, and Demand modules
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM or CE
- Azure LogicApps
