Technical lead- Copilot

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Project Manager to drive the development and deployment of intelligent agents using Copilot Studio. This role requires a hands-on technical expert who can also lead projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of innovative automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent agents using Copilot Studio to automate business processes.
Manage project plans, timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
Oversee integration of agents with existing systems and workflows.
Monitor performance and optimize agent functionality post-deployment.
Develop and maintain documentation for project deliverables and agent workflows.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote best practices in development and project management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience building intelligent agents or automation solutions using Copilot Studio or similar platforms.
Strong project management skills with experience managing complex technical projects.
Demonstrated technical leadership and team coordination abilities.
Excellent communication skills with ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and integration processes.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to fast-changing environments.
