Job Description
About the Full Stack Developer Position
Join our development team and develop great web applications using Nuxt, Vue, and JavaScript. You will work on an existing performance appraisal system developing new features and subsystems for our web application. Collaborate with thoughtful individuals to refine and improve our products and develop new ones. Work with a UX/UI designer to develop new features and subsystems for our web applications. You’ll maintain and enhance our existing libraries and propose and develop new ones. You’ll apply SOLID principles to develop modular, extensible classes and libraries. You’ll apply best practices, such as the preparation of XML documentation.

This is a remote position.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize responsive web applications using Vue and Nuxt 3
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code compliant with industry best practices and coding standards.
- Create user interfaces employing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring high levels of usability and accessibility.
- Develop and maintain end-to-end tests to guarantee the stability and reliability of applications.
- Debug and troubleshoot application issues while providing recommendations for improvements.
- Conduct code reviews and offer feedback to team members to maintain high-quality code.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in web development, integrating new technologies and tools when appropriate.
- Engage in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in web development.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
- Demonstrated experience with end-to-end testing tools like Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or Protractor.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN) and continuous integration/deployment tools.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proactive approach with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with server-side languages and frameworks, such as Node.js, and C#.
- Familiarity with databases (e.g., MS SQL, PostgreSQL) and data manipulation tools such as ORMs, (e.g., Prisma, Entity Framework, Sequelize).
- Experience in migrating existing applications to newer technology stacks.
