RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's valued client is looking for a Client Support Technician to add to the team. This is a hybrid position that will require some minimal travel around the Green Bay, WI area. This role will provide technical support and guidance to users. This individual must be customer focused with the ability to promptly answer support related email, phone calls, and other electronic communications.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Associate's degree in Computer Science or in an equivalent area of specialty is preferred
* 2+ years of experience in the field or related area
* 1+ years of experience in an Infrastructure Support or Service Desk role
* Certification(s) in area of specialty is preferred

Additional Skills:
* Excellent organizational skills, time management, and ability to work independently on multiple deadlines ensuring high quality deliverables while managing shifting responsibilities
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to tailor message to appropriate audience
* Organized, with a sense of urgency and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage shifting responsibilities in a dynamic, cross-functional teamwork environment
* Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment where requirements are constantly changing
* Ability to effectively communicate issues and resolutions to all levels of the organization
* Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within field
* Strong technical aptitude and creativity

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
