Day to Day/Project:

Experimentation team helps support Product & Technology on making data-drive business decisions through use of A/B testing and related insights analyses to better understand how changes we make to our products impact company KPIs and / or the customer experience.

Position Description

  • Platform Development: Build and maintain modules within the Distillery experimentation platform to support automated statistical analysis (e.g., A/B testing, regression models).
  • Statistical Implementation: Translate causal inference and advanced statistical methodologies into production-ready code.
  • Data Engineering: Work with large-scale data pipelines using Python and Spark (PySpark preferred) to support experimentation workflows.
  • Tool Integration: Manage GitLab integration and deployment workflows; contribute to production-grade codebases.
  • Stakeholder Enablement: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure experiments are properly designed, executed, and results are accessible via automated systems.
  • Scalability Focus: Design systems that support hundreds of concurrent experiments across diverse platforms and operational use cases.
